You will need 1-2 pound hand weights, 2 water bottles, or 2 canned goods for added resistance, but they are optional and I would suggest you start with no weights if you are a beginner. Learn the routine first, and then add the resistance. March in place or pause 🙂 if you need a break, but above all, enjoy the music and have FUN!
