60 MINUTE PSL WORKOUT! Strength & Cardio HIIT | Burn 616 Calories 🔥| Pumpkin Spice Latte



60 MINUTE CARDIO AND STRENGTH HIIT – Wowza! This was an intense workout. Fast moving, cardio and strength components make this workout a high calorie burn. We are taking the letters PSL, from the words Pumpkin Spice Latte and doing exercises that begin with those letters! So P may be plank tap out, S may be side shuffle squat jump and L may be lunge hop! It’s a really fun one and thanks to my member Megan S for suggesting it!

You will need: a variety of dumbbells
Format: 30 seconds work/10 seconds rest -repeat 3x then move on.

P-Pushups stacked
L-lateral raise to front squat
P-Plank, bear, shoulder tap
S-Squat knee twist in
L-Lying leg lifts
P-Plank jack hold
S-Squat oblique crunch, squat knee to opposite elbow
L-Lunge round the world
P-Plank tricep kickout
S-Sumo squat
L-Lunge side center hop
P-Power skip
S-Squat front punch, stand side punch
L-Lunge reverse hammer curls-Travelling scissors
L-Lunge hop side to side
P-Plie pulse leg lift
S-Side shuffle squat jump
L-Lateral raise front press
P-Plank DB pull
S-Squat thrusts
L-Lunge deadlift combo
P-Press up rotation
S-Snatch
L-Lunge, lunge, squat jump
P-Pike dolphin
S-Sit thrus in bear
L-Lateral/front combo
