When you can’t go to the gym to be fit, then bring the gym with you.
Since na-inspired akong mag-exercise, eto na ang aking version ng “How to burn belly fat”. My 5 simple exercises to lose belly fat from now on forward. I just hope soon ma-achieve ko na ang perfect flat stomach. Tandaan, if there’s a will, there’s a way. So tara na at magbalik alindog mga kapatid 😁 and I hope kahit papaano nag-enjoy kayo sa panonood.
