Round 1 – Warm Up and Walk Through the Exercises
Round 2 – 1 Set per Exercise | 40s Work / 20s Rest
Round 3 – 2 Set per Exercise | 20s Work / 10s Rest
Round 4 – 1 Set per Exercise | 55s Work / 5s Rest
