In this video we learn to move using the chain of breath body limbs naturally and under tension and finally with a partner. Remember to move without haste. You learn swiftly when you allow yourself to pay attention to the basics.
Start movement small from the breath, the breath moves the spine then the body then the connection to the limbs and so the whole moves with less cranks and excess tension. Do the work and it will pay forward.
