Today’s Workout: Jump Rope & Push Up Workout

Location: Autzen Stadium – Eugene, Oregon

20 seconds – jump rope – regular bounce
20 seconds – regular push ups (modification: knee push ups)
20 seconds – jump rope – run in place
20 seconds – single leg push ups (modification: knee push ups)
20 seconds – jump rope – front straddle
20 seconds – tricep push ups (modification: knee push ups)
20 seconds – jump rope – side straddle
20 seconds – wide push ups (modification: knee push ups)
*10 seconds rest between exercises
**Repeat circuit 3-5x (3 for beginner, 5 for advanced)
***Rest 1 minute between circuits
