In this video I took on a compiled Adesanya workout that absolutely wrecks!
I did warming up beforehand so make sure you take the time to really get geared to go before jumping in!
If you attempt this, make sure you do each set. In the video I only show myself doing one but to really feel the full brunt of the workout, do it all the way. It kills the body 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
