Leptin is the hormone that controls fat metabolism and it’s tied to melanopsin the blue light photoreceptor. Melanopsin dysfunction is caused by artificial blue light, EMF and circadian disruption. Circadian disruption leads to leptin resistance, which is causing a lot of the health issues we see today.
