Early Morning { 6:00 A.M to 7:00 A.M }
Black coffee without milk and sugar 1 cup.
Breakfast { 8:30 A.M to 9:00 A.M }
Oats kanji
Morning Snack { 10:30 A.M to 11:00 A.M }
Orange juice
Lunch { 12:30 P.M to 1:00 P.M }
3 egg white boiled, 1 cup vegetable Poriyal, 100g boiled white rice.
Evening snack { 3:30 P.M to 4:30 P.M }
10 almonds, 200g moong Dhall boiled.
Dinner { 6:30 P.M to 7:00 P.M }
Kothu Chappathi.
