What is my opinion about Genetic Modified Foods?

Genetically modified foods (GM foods), also known as genetically engineered foods (GE foods), or bioengineered foods are foods produced from organisms that have had changes introduced into their DNA using the methods of genetic engineering.

The advantages of GM foods:
– It has increased farmer safety by allowing them to use less pesticide.
– It has raised the output of vegetables like corn, cotton and soy
– If it were more widely adopted around the world, the price of food would go lower, and fewer people would die of hunger.

The disadvantages of GMO foods:
– The plant itself consist pesticide, so that insects will die if they want to eat the vegetable. Because of that, you don’t need to spray the vegetable with pesticide. If the vegetable is sprayed, you can wash it before you eat it. With GMO it’s in de vegetable and you will take it into your body.
– It’s not natural
– As medical researchers know, nothing can really be “proved safe.”

Tips:
– Don’t eat much animal products. Animals are more likely to be fed with GM corn
– Eat more vegetables and fruit, with some exceptions.
– Eat less processed food
– Grains, nuts, seeds, and legumes are largely GMO free
– GROW YOUR OWN FOOD
– Look for organic food or SHOP ONLINE

Conclusion:
It might be bad, but it’s more important to eat no process food, where chemicals are in it. These food will make you sick. We eat GMO foods already for years and research shows that it’s not harmfull, so I would not worry about that, but please don’t eat processed food/fast food or food with a lot of sugar in it.
